We are looking to employ a hard-working and sales-driven District Manager to manage the sales operations within an assigned district and ensure that company sales goals are achieved. The district sales manager’s responsibilities include identifying professional development opportunities for sales employees, encouraging positive employee relations, and continually sourcing new sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum Education Graduate / Post Graduate
  • At least 2 years of work experience preferably in IT/e-Governance/IT related project co-ordination and program Management in related fields.
  • Candidate should preferably be the domicile of the District for which he/she submits application
  • Candidate should be aged between 20-35 years. Relaxation may be allowed in terms of merit of candidate on case-to-case basis.
  • In service candidates shall be required to produce “No Objection Certificate “ from his/her employer at the time of joining.
  • Must have at least CCC level Certificate from NIELIT, or a minimum of a 6 month Diploma in Computer Science;
  • Excellent planning, project management, organizational skills, time management and the ability to priorities workload
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to keep calm under pressure
  • Able to adapt to change and redefine goals as necessary
  • Proficient in use of Social Media platforms
  • A can-do attitude and positive approach

Salary Range

₹1.8 L - ₹3.6 L/yr
